Working with us is very easy. If you can get on a zoom call you are already tech savvy enough to work with us!
If you know how to take a picture on your phone, or send a text, you are already ahead of the game. You won’t have to log into anything or do any annoying technical stuff to send us your footage, record content, or view and pay your invoices. It is all very smooth!
Here Are The Tools That We Use:

Zoom
Ultimately, if you can get on a zoom call, you can use this service. That is really the only thing that you need to be able to do from a technology standpoint.

Vimeo
If we are creating videos or courses for you, we will send you private links that you can easily access without logging in so that you can send us notes.

Freshbooks
We will send invoices using popular cloud accounting software, Freshbooks. You will be able to click on the invoice and pay using credit card, or go old school and send a cheque or e-transfer. Again, simple stuff! We can even set you up on an automatic credit card subscription model to pay for the service over a period of months.

Video Camera On Your Phone
Depending on how comfortable you are speaking on camera, and recording yourself you can either get on a zoom call with us to record your content, or record it yourself and send it in. We do recommend using a teleprompter app to read your script if you record on your own, and we can send you a link to that with an instructional video. :)

Dropbox
If you choose to record the videos yourself, we will send you a file request link that you can use to upload your footage once you’re finished recording. You will not require a dropbox account, and it is super easy to do!

Phone Tripod
If you are planning on using the teleprompter app to record your content, having a phone tripod is definitely the way to go. They are very cheap on Amazon and you can check out some options here: Recommended Gear

Joby Gorillapod
As far as I can tell, Joby makes the best phone tripod. The Gorillapod series is very popular with vloggers, and will suit our needs just fine for recording key messaging oriented videos at home and at the office. I have the Gorillapod 1K kit with a Neewer smartphone mount attached to it.

I currently am using the Neewer tripod head from Amazon attached to the Joby Gorillapod 1K, and it is working well for my needs to far!
