Step 1: I’m Ready For Video

The process starts with recognizing that video can provide massive value in your efforts to share your story, spread awareness, sell your course, and share your brand with the world. If you are ready to get started with video, then you are in the right place!

Step 2: Sign Up / Contact Us

Step 3: Scheduling

In order to make things as smooth as possible, we will take the time at the beginning to schedule out every aspect of the service. Depending on your schedule, and how quickly you would like to complete our work together, we can schedule sessions same day every week/month or even multiple days per week until the project is completed. Remember there is no “perfect day” to capture footage of yourself speaking on camera, which is why most individuals & companies do not have enough video content. You will be far ahead of the game. Our schedule will depend on how quickly you would like to get everything done, but we will take the time at the beginning of the project to lock everything in. The most important aspect of any of our services is just showing up! If you can commit to showing up and sticking to the schedule, we will knock this out of the park!

Step 4: Project Begins

Now that we have our schedule locked in, and we have discussed all of the detail about what is is that you’re trying to accomplish with this project, we will get started. Depending on if we’re producing your videos for you, or if you are going through a training with us, we will either have pre-scheduled zoom calls or you will send us self-recorded footage if you choose the teleprompter option for recording. All of this will depend on the specific service, but every service includes a thorough conversation at the beginning to plan everything out, and simplify the entire process.

No previous technical training is required to work with us! If you are comfortable executing a zoom call, you are already ahead!

Step 5: Post-Production & Notes

If we are producing / editing your videos for you, we will provide private links so that you can let us know about any changes that you want. We provide unlimited revisions for all of our production services. If you are going through a training, you will be learning about how the editing process works, and asking us questions along the way.

Step 6: Delivery Of Videos

If we are producing videos for you, downloadable video files will be sent to you, so that you can bank them and upload them to all of your social platforms! If you are going through the training, you will send us your edited videos and any questions that you have, we will answer at any time during the training.

Step 7: Final Review Of All Completed Videos

We will do a final review of everything, and if you would like to continue the process of creating more videos, we would love to help you out. One thing to keep in mind is that since we are currently a small company, there may be a limit to how many active clients we can take on at one time. So if you would like to continue working with us more videos, let us know as soon as you can! :)
